Director of Prairiewoods

Prairiewoods Franciscan Spirituality Center located in Hiawatha, Iowa, provides a peaceful space where people of all faiths can find opportunities for growth in body, mind and spirit through prayer, reflection, retreats and programs.  The Center is a ministry of the Franciscan Sisters of Perpetual Adoration, La Crosse, WI.

We are seeking a full time Director to provide overall Center leadership; administration; planning and promotion.  Successful candidates will have:

We are seeking a full time Director to provide overall Center leadership; administration; planning and promotion.  Successful candidates will have:
•     A minimum of three years experience in administrative / supervisory operations.
•     Demonstrated leadership abilities in managing, planning, administration and community relations.
•     Demonstrated communication and collaboration skills.
•     A strong ecological interest.

Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience.  Full benefit package available.
