Local Farmer and CSA Fair – 03/28/10

The Local Farmer and CSA Fair is a way for consumers and farmers to join together to support local agriculture. In a CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) members purchase a share of the harvest in advance of the growing season. In return members receive a weekly supply of high-quality, locally grown fresh vegetables. This fair will promote the CSA community, local growers and how to incorporate fresh vegetables and herbs throughout the Iowa growing season.
