Meeting Spaces
Meeting room rental fees include set-up and tear-down of tables and chairs. Audio-visual equipment, overnight lodging, meals and snacks may be added for additional fees. Here are basic rates and information for our meeting spaces:

Audio-Visual Equipment
Your group may use our audio-visual equipment for an additional charge of $15 per day per type of equipment, including:

•     a 70-inch Interactive Whiteboard and sound system for the hearing impaired (Conference Room only)
•     a Portable Media Center that includes a 55-inch HD screen, computer, DVD player, sound system and docking system for laptop computers
•     a laptop
•     a digital projector

Overnight Lodging
Your group may choose to stay overnight in our cozy Guest House or rustic Hermitages. The Prairiewoods Guest House features 15 double-occupancy rooms with a private sink and a bathroom (including shower and stool) shared with an adjacent room. There also are 3 single-occupancy rooms with private bathrooms. All rooms are air conditioned and heated, and each floor has a kitchenette with a refrigerator.

Two rustic, off-the-grid Hermitages located on the edge of the woods are single-occupancy. Each contains a full bath, gas stove and small refrigerator.

Single-occupancy rooms and Hermitages cost $55 per night, and double-occupancy rooms cost $80 per night, including continental breakfast. Between the Guest House and Hermitages, Prairiewoods can provide overnight lodging for a total of 35 guests.

Meals
Prairiewoods’ chefs are happy to provide meals and snacks to groups meeting here. The meals feature primarily locally-grown, organic ingredients, and can accommodate vegetarian, gluten-free and health-related diets.

All meals prepared for groups of 7 or more are eaten in the Center and are served buffet style, including beverages and freshly-made desserts. Additional snacks and beverages are available for a fee upon request. Costs include:
