Meeting Spaces

Prairiewoods offers meeting spaces in quiet, natural surroundings for groups that want to get away from daily distractions.

Our facilities are ideal for workshops, planning sessions, seminars, retreats and conferences. We provide professional audio-visual equipment, meals, free wireless internet services and outdoor areas for relaxation. Lodging is also available for our guests.

Meeting Rooms
The Prairiewoods’ Conference Room can accommodate up to 70 people in a variety of seating formats. With views of our woods, the room is ideal for out-of-the-office strategy sessions or retreats. The adjoining Atrium and Lounge add additional space for break-out sessions and breaks.

The Art Room, which can seat up to 20 people, accomodates smaller groups and is ideal for hands-on workshops. With two walls made entirely of windows overlooking the woods, it is a beautiful setting for out-of-the-box meetings.

Food
Guests and visitors will enjoy buffet-style meals prepared on-site to meet specific dietary needs. All meals—breakfast, lunch and dinner—are available. Whenever possible, Prairiewoods serves organic foods grown locally in our own garden or purchased through Community Supported Agriculture.

Meeting Rates
Meeting room rental fees include audio-visual equipment and set-up and tear-down of tables and chairs. Rates vary depending on the size of the group and the length of time the room is used. For a half day (up to 4 hours), rates range from $60 to $180. For a full day (up to 8 hours), rates range from $75 to $225. Meals and snacks may be added for an additional per-person charge.
