Meeting Spaces

Prairiewoods offers meeting space in quiet, natural surroundings for groups that want to get away from daily distractions.

Our facilities are ideal for workshops, planning sessions, seminars, retreats and conferences. We provide professional audio-visual equipment, meals and outdoor areas for relaxation. Lodging is also available for our guests.

Meeting Rooms

The Prairiewoods’ conference rooms can accommodate up to 60 people in a variety of seating formats. With views of our woods, the room is ideal for out-of-the-office strategy sessions or retreats.

Two additional meeting rooms can accommodate smaller groups. The Art Room can seat up to 20 people; the Energy Room, 15 people. Prairiewoods offers audio visual equipment and wireless Internet services.

Conference Room: April 2, 4, 6, 7,8,19  May, 4, 5, 6, 13, 17,20,24,25,26,27,28

Art Room: April 2, 5,7,9,19,22,23,26,28 30  May 3,5,6,7,13,17,19,20,24,25,26,27,28

Food
Guests and visitors will enjoy buffet-served meals prepared to meet specific menus and dietary needs. All meals – breakfast, lunch and dinner – are available. Prairiewoods serves organic foods locally grown in our own garden or purchased through Community Supported Agriculture.
