- Massage therapy. Experience the healing power of touch.
- Hand and Foot Reflexology. Enjoy improved organ functioning and relaxation.
- Treat For Your Feet. Give your feet special attention with a warm, bubbly soak, an exfoliation scrub and a foot massage.
- Paraffin Bath for Hands or Feet. A paraffin bath leaves your skin soft and pliable and helps relieve pain and stiffness.
- Reiki. A gentle, non-invasive healing method. Natural energy is activated and applied through a practitioner's hands.
- Healing Touch. Various techniques are used to influence the energy system to promote physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health. The goal is to restore harmony and balance to the energy system.
Prairiewoods offers Usui Reiki classes on a monthly or individual basis. Our staff also offers opportunities to bring our holistic services to your church or group. In addition, we serve as a resource for persons wanting to learn more about holistic health.

| Joining in the creative work is really central to the whole contemplative enterprise. Cosmogenesis…the generation of the cosmos…can be seen, as Teilhard de Chardin saw it, as “Christogenesis,” the growth of the “ever greater Christ.” This Christ has been “growing in stature and wisdom” (Luke 2:52: read “complexity and consciousness”) these last dozen or so billion years and is nowhere near finished yet. |
