Prairiewoods offers several meeting spaces in quiet, natural surroundings for businesses, nonprofits, clubs or departments that want to get away from daily distractions. Our facilities are ideal for workshops, planning sessions, seminars, retreats and conferences. We provide modern technology, professional audio-visual equipment, free wireless internet, healthy meals made in house by our kitchen team and outdoor areas for relaxation. Lodging also is available for meetings that span multiple days.

At Prairiewoods, we’re known for our hospitality. Every time you book at Prairiewoods, your group will be welcomed with a warm smile, vibrant spaces, eco-friendly service and delicious meals. Our experienced kitchen team can provide breakfast, lunch, dinner or snacks for your group.
If you need help planning the day, our experienced staff is happy to work with you to plan or facilitate a memorable and rejuvenating day for your group. We can facilitate a variety of activities, including indoor and outdoor labyrinth walks, eco-tours and mindfulness meditations.
When you meet at Prairiewoods, you get so much more than a meeting space! You have access to our stunning outdoor spaces: 67 acres of woods and prairie that are crossed by more than 2.5 miles of walking trails. The labyrinth (an ancient meditation tool), tree swings, detailed landscaping, patio and our pond deck offer contemplative options for breaks and outdoor dining.
Meeting Spaces & Rates
Meeting room rental fees include set-up and tear-down of tables and chairs and access to technology and wireless internet. Overnight lodging, meals and snacks may be added for additional fees. Here are basic rates and information for our meeting spaces:
Conference Room
(29’ x 38’)
Half Day (4 hours or less): $200
Full Day (4+ hours): $300
Our large, column-free conference room space features a 70″ interactive monitor with an integrated webcam perfect for hosting hybrid events. It also has an interactive whiteboard and state-of-the-art sound system ideal for presentations.
The conference room can accommodate up to 100 in a reception style, 90 for theater style (with chairs), or 30 in a classroom style (with tables and chairs).
Lounge
(23’ x 25’)
Half Day (4 hours or less): $150
Full Day (4+ hours): $250
Our intimate and comfortable lounge space features lots of natural light and windows with views of our beautiful grounds. It also offers easy access to our sacred meditation room, a cozy fireplace, and plush couches and chairs.
The lounge can accommodate up to 50 for receptions or up to 25 in a classroom setting.
Art Room
(18’ x 21’)
Half Day (4 hours or less): $100
Full Day (4+ hours): $165
Enjoy a peaceful and serene meeting in our art room, featuring beautiful hardwood floors, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a digital media cart for convenient presentations. This room is ideal for creative breakout sessions, with easy access to our wide array of art supplies and activities.
The art room can accommodate up to 20 people in a banquet or classroom arrangement.
Atrium
(60’ x 16’)
Half Day (4 hours or less): $200
Full Day (4+ hours): $300
Our iconic atrium space is located just off of the main Center lobby and can hold groups of up to 100 for a reception, 75 for theater setups or 65 for a banquet or dining setup.
The site of many large-scale Prairiewoods hosted events, the atrium is ideal for hosting meals and performances, sporting high ceilings with intricate wood beams, an entrance to our gorgeous outdoor patio, and a soothing fish pond.
Guest House Office
(First Floor)
(13’ x 10’)
Full Day (4+ hours): $50
Ideal for 1:1 or spiritual direction sessions, we also offer rentals of our spiritual direction offices in the first floor of our guest house.
This private space for two offers custom heating/cooling options, two comfortable rocking chairs, a desk, and windows that bring in tons of natural light and views of our peaceful and serene nature preserve.
Guest House
Second Floor
(25’ x 18’)
Half Day (4 hours or less): $65
Full Day (4+ hours): $100
The second floor of our cozy guest house can also be reserved for groups of up to 20. Host your event just steps away from our main Center and enjoy a kitchenette, large screen TV monitor, couch, chairs, and an enclosed outdoor balcony.
Note: This space is only accessible by stairs, there is no elevator or lift available.

If your plans include an overnight stay or meals check out our Guest House.The Prairiewoods Guest House provides clean, simple rooms for guests who wish to stay overnight. Healthy, fresh meals are prepared by our talented team are available for an extra charge.
