In this dream sharing experience using the Lightning Dreamwork method with a Jungian term defined and explained each session, gain insight by exploring the symbols within dreams.
Studying your dreams is a way to gain insight and understanding of your waking life. This series will explore dream symbols and their possible meanings to connect with the collective unconscious. Each session, dreams will be shared and worked using Jungian psychology and active imagination. The Lightning Dreamwork method by Robert Moss will direct our discussions. Participants are encouraged to record their own dreams and bring a dream to share.

The session leader is Karen Sindelar, a holistic service provider and retired professor, who has been studying dreams using a Jungian perspective for over forty years.
