Find complete rest and relaxation for mind, body and spirit during a Day of Self Renewal at Prairiewoods (120 East Boyson Road in Hiawatha). This tranquil day facilitated by Rev. Jean Sullivan features your choice of two services, group meditation practices, a private guest room, a fresh lunch, and access to the labyrinth and all that Prairiewoods has to offer. Choose from:

• massage (30 minutes)

• head and shoulder massage (30 minutes)

• reflexology (30 minutes)

• healing touch (30 minutes)

• spiritual direction (40 minutes)

• nature & forest therapy (1 hour 15 minutes)

• yoga (1 hour)

• chair yoga (1 hour)

The cost is $115 and includes two services, guided meditation practices, a private guest room for the day and lunch. (The cost is $100 without a private guest room.) Registration, a nonrefundable/nontransferable deposit of $50 and top three service choices are required at least eight days in advance. (Full payment is required to register online.
