Pause, Rest, Be: A Bilingual Retreat (Spanish / English)

During this bilingual retreat, participants will gather in community a few times to practice mindful presence, gentle embodiment, and shared silence—discovering rhythms that can be carried into daily life.

Resilience & Renewal: A Retreat for Strengthening Mind & Spirit

This retreat offers a sacred pause—a time to rest, reflect and renew our inner strength. Through guided reflection, prayer, silence and practices that cultivate deep listening, we will explore how resilience is nurtured not through striving, but through surrender, trust and awareness of the Divine.

Pathways of Peace: Re-enchanting Our Relationship With Food

If we understand peace as relationship with self, others, the Source of All Being and Earth, what changes when we bring that vision to the food we eat? A new way of nourishing and promoting health begins to emerge—one that shifts food from a mere transaction to an act of planetary consciousness.

Qigong and Tai Chi Basics: Finding Balance and Well-Being at the Confluence of Body, Breath and Mind

In the retreat you will learn a Qigong set and some fundamental Tai Chi movements. There will also be a brief overview of how Chinese medicine and philosophy inform Qigong and Tai Chi, as well as a short introduction to standing, seated, and lying meditation.

Loving the Wild: Earth-Centering Our Spirituality, a Spirituality in the 21st Century 3-day Retreat

What do your heart and spirit and body long for, in relation to Earth – or where are you beckoned deeper, falling in love with the Sacred Wild? Dive deep within the natural world through spiritual practices in this Spirituality in the 21st Century retreat!

The Power of Silence: June Silent Directed Retreat

What’s the deepest silence you’ve ever known? Silent Directed Retreats offer opportunities to enter into deep silence to sense what it feels like to awaken a quiet and palpable connection with the Source of All Being.
