Interconnectedness is one of the underpinnings of ecological spirituality. For many of us, it is something we innately know or feel. For others, the concept remains abstract.
Dr. Lisa Miller—author and researcher from Columbia University—will join us May 5 and 6 in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and virtually. In our time together, she will share her research findings that link the physical evidence of our interconnectedness with Earth with the inner knowing that many feel.
Why does this matter?
Our connection to Earth, now scientifically validated, invites us to be mindful and aware of the divine Creation that surrounds us. This expanded awareness builds our human capacity for resilience and defends against diseases of despair. What fun to have the science behind the power of nature!
